2. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of application
These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop (https://shop.neuro.living), which offers digital sounds and audio downloads.

2. Conclusion of contract
By ordering a product, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as the download link or order confirmation is sent by email.

3. Prices and payment
All prices include statutory value added tax. Payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery of digital products
Delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment by providing a download link.

5. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products once the download has started (see cancellation policy).

6. Rights of use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the purchased sounds. Distribution or publication without our express consent is prohibited.

7. Liability
We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behaviour. We accept no liability for technical problems with downloads.

8. Data protection

9. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
